**Return & Refund Policy**

We want you (and your pet) to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

**To be eligible for a return:**
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact us at support@kindpetgoods.com before returning anything

**Refunds:**  
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

**Exchanges:**  
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item.
